Supports Fidelity NetBenefits · RSUs, ESPP · MSFT, NOW, GOOGL, AAPL, AMZN, META and more

🔒

Nothing leaves your device

Runs 100% client-side. No upload, no account, no server. Close the tab and the data is gone.

📅

Correct calendar-year logic

US brokers report Jan–Dec. Closing balance uses Dec 31 — not March 31. We get the accounting period right.

💱

SBI TTBR, Rule 115

4,000+ bundled daily rates with weekend walk-back to the nearest working day. The exact rule Schedule FA requires.

🧾

Per-lot Table A3

One row per RSU vest and ESPP purchase — with initial, peak and closing value. Exactly how the form wants it.

📊

Full parity output

Table A2, A3, F + Schedule FSI, OS, TR + ITR-2 importable JSON + CSV + a printable PDF.

🏢

RSU + ESPP aware

ESPP initial value uses FMV (not the discounted price your Form 16 already taxed). Unvested RSUs handled too.

Three steps

1

Export from Fidelity

Download View Open Lots + Transaction History (and Closed Lots if you sold) as CSV.

2

Drop them in

We auto-detect your employer stock, apply SBI TTBR per lot, and compute A2/A3/F + FSI/OS/TR.

3

Download & file

Get ITR-2 JSON, CSV and a printable report. Review with your CA and file.

Why Schedule FA matters

Under the Black Money Act, 2015, non-disclosure of foreign assets can attract a ₹10 lakh penalty per year — with no minimum value threshold. If you're a Resident & Ordinarily Resident holding US RSUs or ESPP, you must file Schedule FA. FATCA/CRS already shares your data with India.
